jaxrs: propulate json fields for subscriptions created in …

the future

If a subscription is created in the future, we now return the product name,
category, etc. associated with the first event. This mirrors the behavior in
case of effective cancellations (the state for the last active event is returned).

This relates to https://github.com/killbill/killbill/issues/449.

API is a bit confusing because two types of properties are passed.
Now, both sets are merged and passed on to the plugins correctly.

This fixes https://github.com/killbill/killbill/issues/460.
