in AccountResource to receive a list of bundleIds and filter the result
- Updated buildLocation() and buildResponse() methods to receive a list of query params
- Added new QUERY_BUNDLES_FILTER constant
- Updated createEntitlementsWithAddOns() to return the list of Bundles created
