items on subscritpions that are on a $0 RECURRING Plan. Fixes #666
Prior the change, the invoice code would call itself in a loop (existing $0 items were empty and so proposed would contain the new set each time and using endDate to set next notification).
Also CTD of subscription would not be set correctly.
