to the existing startDate:
. alignStartDate is used for PlanAligner to calculate how to align things (begining of time)
. startDate is the first CREATE/MIGRATE/TRANSFER event on a subscription
This is mostly useful for transfer where the alignStartDate matches the old transferred subscription but where the startDate is later when the subscription really becomes active
