the client goes away, it looks like the underlying connection isn't properly
cleaned-up. This can cause random failures when it is later re-used from the pool.

is that ImmutableAccountData doesn't cache neither
parentAccountId nor isPaymentDelegatedToParent anymore. This
shouldn't have any external impact (internal APIs only). Performance
overhead still needs to be addressed.
