The invoice notification will now be updated and keep a list of subscriptionIds, allowing dryRun filtering logic to work as expected.

Restructured beatrix integration tests to have one file about dry run tests. Added additional tests to verify basic use as described in #774
Fixed an issue with the code when user specifies a targetDate that is nor exactly aligned on some invoice boundary
