improvement: added property display page bug fix: the jobpage …

property file display was relying on loading all flow props. this causes problem when the project is loaded the second time, rather than from upload. the fix is to use inherited/source to figure out property files

Refactoring the flow pages, so I can reuse the flow code.

Really fixing the merge.

bug fix: on job details page, the property file chain is now displayed

bug fix: subdirectory property now chained to upper level
