embedded MySQL instance on Travis
workers:
/tmp/mysql4921784303795889484/bin/mysqld: error while loading shared
libraries: libaio.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
As a workaround, make Travis only run fast tests.
This patch also adds missing groups and removes extra
maven-surefire-plugin configuration in submodules.
We should probably revisit these groups to make them more consistent
across all modules.

depend on MySQL except for tests.
We won't need the explicit test dependencies in the modules once
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-1378 is fixed.
