auto db creation
-Made bin/start shutdown files work with relative paths
-Cleaned up the mailer
-Moved common joptsimple to another file
-db scripts now are structured, should be easier to change the db in the future
-Organized the conf and bin for each type of server
-Added single server type package.
-Removed admin client, may re-add later.

into the sql data and changed all previous dependencies on flowName and projectId to use scheduleId instead.
