dependency on commons-io through the use of IOUtils in
ScriptBasedAuthenticatorFactory resulted in
NoClassDefFoundError org/apache/commons/io/IOUtils when building the
keycloak-distribution.
We now use the StreamUtil from keycloak-common to avoid this dependency.
