been implemented yet but BST and BAC
have been updated:

* Add totalOrdering field in BST
* Rename event_key to external_key in BST
* Remove event_id in BST as the history can be rewritten
* Add name in BAC
* Remove tags from BAC, we'll have a dedicated table
