invoice generation in production,
revisit how we pretty-print billing events and invoice items generated.
More work is required, this is only a first pass.

need two contexts while doing a transfer, so the right
account_record_id is used both to cancel the old subscription and to
create events for the new one.

altogether that happen after the transfer date
- we assume that we're not interested in transferring cancelled
subscriptions (i.e. transferred subscriptions should always be active).
